You can authorize a user to have limited access to your account by associating that user’s account with yours.
To view and manage accounts associated with your account, select ‘MANAGE ACCOUNTS’ under the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ menu from the top bar.
To associate your account with another account, enter the email address of that account and click ‘ADD ACCOUNT’. The email address that you enter must be of a valid Gmail account. An invitation is sent to the specified email address and once accepted, the particular account is associated with your account.
Any accounts that you have already added are displayed along with information about the status of the association request. You can filter the associated accounts list based on the status of the association request. If the request is still pending, you can opt to send a reminder by clicking the ‘RESEND INVITATION EMAIL TO THIS ACCOUNT’ button.
