Can I authorize other users to access my account

You can allow another user, who has a valid email account, to have access to your account by associating that user’s account with your own. An associated account has limited access to your account. For example, it does not allow configuring of the postback URL or request approval for offers nor does it receive any newsletters. It is intended for monitoring purposes such as in the case of companies that need their accountants to login for accounting and invoicing purposes.
